Company Director
Who is eligible to be a company director?
Any person, irrespective of their residence – be it in Malaysia or overseas, can be appointed as a company director if they are:
1. Above 18 years of age
2. Not an undischarged bankrupt person
3. Not restricted by the Company’s Constitution
4. Not imprisoned in past 5 years
