Reserve a company name at RM100 only!

If you wish to reserve a company name before you can really kick off your business due to whatever reason, then our Reserve a Company Name service is for you.

If you are considering starting your own business in the future and want to ensure that your company name isn’t taken by somebody else, we can apply the name for you with SSM and hold it on your behalf.

We shall lodge in our application with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) for their approval to reserve the company name on behalf for you.

Why SSM reject the name application?
Generally, there are certain situations that SSM do not approve the name application:

1. The desired company name may be similar to the existing already registered company and may create confusion among the public.

For example, name search for “Truetech Information Sdn Bhd” will be rejected if some one has already registered a company named “True Technology Information Sdn Bhd”.

2. Certain words are Prohibited by the Companies Act 1965 or any other relevant Acts.

For example, “king, prime, raja, minister, etc”.

3. the name to be used is considered undesired or unappropriated,

For example, Ayam Sebelas Ekor Sdn Bhd.

Important Notice:
Please note that any successful name will be reserved by SSM for three months from the date of approval obtained. Upon or before expiry, you may request us to extent the name reservation, each application for extension for further 3 months will be charged at RM100 only!
